How To Reset Twitter Password Without Email:

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open Chrome and get into Twitter Help Center

If you lack access to the email or phone number linked to your Twitter account, recovery is still possible.

However, you must know the birth date and username associated with your Twitter profile to proceed successfully.

To initiate this process, open the Google Chrome app on your phone. Next, search for the Twitter Help Center using the search box.

In the search results, locate the Twitter Help Center. Below, you’ll find various options such as Contact Us, About suspended accounts, and more.

Step 2: Click on Contact Us

Navigate to the Contact Us sub-option listed under the Twitter Help Center in the search results.

This will direct you to the Contact Us page of Twitter. Here, you’ll encounter a search bar where users can input their queries or account-related issues.

Below the search bar, you’ll find a prominent header labeled “Select a topic.” Underneath this header, various common issues encountered by users are listed, such as Locked and suspended account issues, Problems with account access, Privacy on Twitter, and more.

Step 3: Click on Problems with account access

On the Contact Us page, you’ll find a selection of common issues typically faced by users. From these options, select the one relevant to the problem you’re encountering with your account.

In this case, opt for the option “Problems with account access” by clicking on the second option provided. This choice directs you to the next page.

Choosing the second option aligns with your specific issue and is designed to assist users who have lost access to their accounts, need help reactivating or deactivating them, among other related concerns.

Step 4: Accounts Access > I need to regain access to my Twitter account

Upon reaching the next page, you’ll encounter two distinct columns: Contact Us and Account Access. You’ll be automatically directed to the Account Access section.

Within this section, you’ll find the question, “How can we help you with your account?” along with a corresponding box where you must provide an appropriate answer. This question is marked as required, and you must respond to proceed with the process.

You cannot bypass this question; therefore, click on the white box to reveal three options. From these options, select the first one: “I need to regain access to my Twitter account.

Step 5: Please tell us more > I believe my account is hacked or compromised

Upon selecting “I need to regain access to my Twitter account,” an additional box labeled “Please tell us more” will appear below the first box. This box is also marked as required, indicating that you must provide specific details about your issue.

By clicking on this box, three additional options will be displayed.

For this method, choose the last option: “I believe my account is hacked or compromised.” Although it may not precisely match your issue, selecting this option is necessary to recover your account without a phone number or email.

Step 6: Fill up the form

After completing the “Please tell us more” box, a message will appear below it. Scroll down the page to locate a form that must be filled out to proceed with the method.

At the top of the form, you’ll find a box labeled “Your Twitter username.” It is essential to provide your Twitter username accurately to help the Help Center identify your account. Enter your Twitter username correctly before proceeding to the next field.

Next, you’ll encounter the “Your email address” box. This field is also marked as required because the Twitter Help community needs an email address to contact you after reviewing your issue. You can enter any email address you have access to; it does not necessarily have to be the one associated with your account.

Step 7: Describe the issue you’re facing and Submit

After entering your email address, proceed to the next box: the description box provided for detailing the issue you’re experiencing.

In this box, provide a detailed description of the issue you’re facing and request assistance from the Twitter team to recover your account.

Ensure your description is polite and easy to understand so that the Help Center team can effectively review the situation and assist with your account recovery.

However, refrain from disclosing any private information such as passwords, addresses, phone numbers, or other confidential details, as this information is neither requested nor required. Then, click on “Submit.”

Step 8: Check for Mail from Twitter

Once you’ve completed the form, submit it by clicking on the “Submit” button. Upon submission, you’ll receive a “Thank you” message confirming that your form has been successfully submitted. The message will also indicate that you should expect a response from Twitter within a few days.

Your submitted form will undergo review by Twitter’s official team, who will work to identify your account and understand the issue you’re facing. Once the review process is complete, you can expect to receive an email from Twitter.

Be sure to regularly check both your Inbox and Spam folder in your Gmail account for the email from Twitter. Upon receiving the email, reply to it accordingly. Subsequently, you’ll receive another email containing a link to initiate the account recovery process.
