You can change your voice on TikTok using the following steps:

Step 1: Open TikTok & Tap on ‘+’ icon 


To start changing your voice on TikTok, begin by opening the TikTok app on your phone’s home screen. Ensure you’re logged in to your account and connected to a stable internet connection.

At the bottom of the screen, locate a menu bar displaying five icons. The middle icon, resembling a “+” sign, serves as the tool to create TikTok videos. Tap on this icon to access the camera screen, offering options to record videos and adjust speed and duration.

Step 2: Start Record and Tap the’ Checkmark’ icon 


Once you’re in TikTok’s creation section, begin recording by pressing and holding the red record button. Speak while recording to capture your voice in the video.

Regardless of the chosen duration (60 or 15 seconds) or speed, when finished, stop recording and tap the “Checkmark” option. This option, a red circle with a white tick mark, is situated on the lower right corner of your screen.

Step 3: Tap on ‘Voice effects’ & Choose any effect 

Upon tapping the “Checkmark,” you’ll be directed to a screen where your recently recorded video plays. Look for several icons located at the top right corner. Choose the “Voice effects” option.

A tab will emerge at the screen’s bottom, offering various voice-altering options. From “Chipmunk” to “Electronic,” explore each option by tapping individually to find your preference. Once you’ve decided, select the effect you fancy.

Step 4: Tap on ‘Next’ and Review & Tap ‘Post’ 


Once you’ve picked your preferred option from the “Voice effects” section, tap the red “Next” button located at the screen’s bottom right corner. This action will lead you to TikTok’s Review tab, enabling you to include a caption, relevant hashtags, and adjust post settings.

Once you’ve thoroughly reviewed and feel prepared, proceed by tapping the “Post” option situated at the bottom right corner of the screen. Your video, featuring the altered voice in the background, will then be posted.

How To Change TikTok Text To Speech Voice:

Follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Open TikTok & Record Video Tapping on ‘+’ icon 


To modify the TikTok text-to-speech voice, start by opening the TikTok app from your phone’s home screen. Then, tap on the middle option in the menu bar at the screen’s bottom – it looks like a “+” sign.

This action will take you to TikTok’s video creation area. Now, long-press the red “Record” button to capture a video, releasing your finger when finished.

Once satisfied with your recorded video, tap the red “Checkmark” option situated at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Add a Text Box & Type Something 


Selecting the “Checkmark” option will take you to the window where you can view and modify the recently recorded video. Look to the top right corner for editing options like “Filters,” “Effects,” and more. Tap the topmost option labeled “Text.”

This action will insert a text box, prompting your keyboard to appear. Enter the message you wish to convert into speech. You can also customize the text’s color and font.

Step 3: Select text & Hold and Tap ‘Text-to-speech’


Once you’ve entered your text, tap on the “Done” option located at the top right corner of the screen. Then, long-press the text you just typed.

Upon doing so, a floating notification will appear with three options. Choose the topmost option labeled “Text-to-speech.” This action will prompt a list of “Text-to-speech” options to appear at the bottom of the screen for you to select from.

Step 4: Choose an effect and tap on ‘Done’ 


Once you’ve accessed the “Text-to-speech” option, try tapping on each available text-to-speech voice to preview the video with that particular effect’s voice.

Explore and find the one that aligns best with your preference. Once you’ve decided, let’s say you chose the voice option labeled “Alex.”

Look for the option below that reads, “Apply Alex to the following text-to-speech. For personal use only.” Tap on this to select the “Alex” voice. Then, tap “Done” at the top right corner of the screen. Proceed by tapping “Next” and then “Post” to share your video.
