To begin, launch your web browser on your PC and navigate to zoom.us. Log in to your account using the email address and password you initially used to create your account. Access the login by clicking “SIGN IN” in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Account > Reports
Once logged in, ensure you’re on the Zoom homepage by clicking the Zoom icon. Proceed to the top right and select “MY ACCOUNT.” This action will take you to the account tab. On the left-hand side, locate and click on “Reports.”
Step 3: Click on Usage & Select Date Range to Find Meetings

Step 4: Click on Participants’ Numbers from the List
Once you’ve set the timeframe, a well-organized list of meetings will appear. Find and select the meeting of interest. Focus on the “Participants” column—it’ll be in blue, unlike the other black columns. Click on the participant number to access a list of meeting attendees along with their participation details.
Step 5: Click on ‘Export’ to get all Email IDs
After clicking the participant number, a floating notification will display participant information like their name, join/leave times, duration, and email addresses.
