Before visiting Bangalore, I used to live here on rent, and now that I have my savings, I’m ready to invest my money in a lovely house. It was high time to settle down and get an elegant home.

When I look for a property, my first thought is to look at the surroundings because it helps you understand whether you’re investing in the right place. Ashwini Miravet District was a beautiful project, and I loved it. First, I checked on the amenities and was surprised by the facilities here. 

I love green places, and this place was pretty vast and beautiful, which added elegance to it. Every Time I love a home, I ensure it has crucial facilities and a good environment. I always wanted a place where something is happening around. I’m not fond of quiet places as I want to be around people.

The first and most important reason I got a home here is the proximity to my Village. As I was born and brought up in my village, I have a good bond with my family members, and visiting and being in my town is one of the most important things for me. This place right here is close to my Village, which means I can easily visit them whenever I want. 

Ashwini Miravet District is a beautiful place in Ravet, which has good amenities, and the project is pretty huge. The builders here offered 2 and 3 BHK with an initial price of ₹71.65 Lacs to ₹93 Lacs. The place was rather beautiful, and another best part was the Connectivity To Bangalore-Mumbai Highway. The site has a full-fledged dedicated Clubhouse, and it has all Modern Amenities for the society members. 

The place is also Close to Akurdi Railway Station, and I can easily travel to Pune. As my work is around tech, I love meeting new people, and this place has Easy Access To Talawade IT Park, which means I can go there and connect with different people. Bike and Car Parking is available here, and there’s a Corporation and Borewell Water Supply available here. 

The place is built by Aswani Promoters and Developers, who are renowned Builders. The project has 4 Buildings totaling 192 units, and the area is 27.00 acres. To ensure people’s safety, there are gated security and CCTV cameras.

The place has a beautiful Children’s play area for kids to enjoy and have fun. For adults, there’s a beautiful swimming pool where I can have fun and have my time whenever I want.

I want the place to be secure and safe for me, and for that, there’s total security. There’s also a dedicated Clubhouse at this place where I can enjoy my time and connect with different people. 

Visitor parking and Vastu-compliant

The place also has visitor parking where my guests can easily park their car, so there’s no hassle of finding the parking near my house. The site is Vastu compliant and has beautiful surroundings, which makes the place more unique.
